About Me

I am a fully qualified Person Centred counsellor offering counselling to individuals (16+) and couples, both face to face, via telephone and online. I am a registered member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP) which means I adhere to their high standards and fully comply with their Ethical Framework.

I have trained in Person Centred counselling and have extended my training in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Transactional Analysis so I am able to offer you an integrative approach which enables us to work in a way which is specific and unique to you. Please click the links below to find out more about these approaches.

In addition to my private practice, I work at a counselling charity in Maidenhead that offers free counselling to children and adults in the local community. I have had experience in working with a diverse range of issues.

I am a trained Samaritan and have been volunteering with this organisation since 2017. I am also a trained Advocate and advocate for children and vulnerable adults involved with Social Care.
